Step 1
Let's Talk
Start by scheduling a consultation. We'll learn more about what you're looking to build, discuss your budget and location, and make sure we're the right fit. If you haven't found land yet, we can help with that, too.
Step 2
Let's Design
Once we decide to move forward, you'll meet with our designer to talk through how you want your home to look, feel, and function. We'll discuss your needs, wants, budget, and ideas as we begin developing your custom home plans.
Step 3
Price & Refine
With a preliminary design in place, we'll put together a detailed bid for your home. From there, we'll revise the design as needed to bring the details and budget into alignment.
Step 4
Finalize & Prep
Once the plans are finalized and the construction agreement is signed, we'll pull permits and prepare to begin construction.
Step 5
Let's Build
Construction begins! Throughout the build, you're encouraged to visit the site as often as you'd like and stay involved. Because our design and construction teams work together under one roof, you can come to any of us with questions, ideas, or changes along the way.
Step 6
Finishing Details
As your home takes shape, you'll work with our interior designer on the finishes and selections that make it uniquely yours. From the larger decisions to the final details, we'll help bring your vision to life.
